The First Dance

The “first dance”  has been a common tradition for many years. Often opening the reception, the first wedding dance is commonly a waltz accompanied by a love song.

Today, tradition is often taking a back seat when it comes to the first dance. More and more couples are getting creative with the moment by hiring dance instructors, taking classes, and really trying to make the dance more personal.

But has this trend gone too far, or to each her own?  Often folks will now skip the intimacy of the moment by fooling their guests with what seems to be a traditional dance when suddenly they break out into an entertaining and unconventional number.
