Delicious Summer Wedding Cocktails

This gorgeous weather we’ve been having in Boston lately has made all of us at Bridesmaid Trade craving some yummy ice-cold drinks. Heat can be an issue at summer weddings, especially during outdoor receptions, and what better way to cool down than with a delicious and frosty beverage? Having a few signature drinks at your wedding is super fun and memorable. Here are some drink recipes that would be just perfect for cooling down at a hot summer wedding, that are sure to delight your guests! Plus, they’re easy to make and only require a shaker!

Cranberry Kiss
This drink from delish.com would be perfect for immediately after the first kiss!

Ingredients:
3/4 ounce Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
2 ounce collins mix
2 ounce cranberry juice
1 wedge lemon

Directions:
Add Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, collins mix, and cranberry juice to ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Love Potion
This Love Potion from scribd.com recipe is a great way to celebrate off your everlasting love.

Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut® vodka
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice

Directions:
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and serve on the
rocks.

Something Blue
Every bride needs her something blue! Why not make it this delicious cocktail?

Ingredients:
2 oz Hpnotiq
2 oz white wine
1 oz ginger ale

Directions:
Pour the ingredients in a champagne flute. Serve and toast to a long and happy marriage!

Skinnygirl Sangria
Don’t have to worry about fitting into the dress with this delicious drink! This sangria from Real Housewife Bethany Frankel skinnygirl drink line is low calorie, so you can celebrate and indulge guilt free!

Ingredients:
8 peaches, sliced into wedges
4 white plums, sliced into wedges
1 pound of green grapes split in half
3 bottles of Prosecco
1 can of diet lemon lime soda
1 can of club soda

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher and add ice. Stir and chill for an hour to set. Serves up to ten people!
